GHMC must be fined for non performance, Tax Payer demands compensation

While a citizen is penalized for violating a traffic norm, or not possessing valid licenses etc., the Govt Staff, especially the Head of the Civic Body like GHMC can get away with any non-performance.

This is a very sad state of governance and certainly a "road block" for the destination Bangaru Telangana. Lack of accountability and penal action for the Govt Staff / Civic Body Staff, for not taking timely actions to resolve the basic civic problems, is the main reason for the current state of affairs in GHMC. In spite of this there is a ruthless way of spending public money for very poor repair works being undertaken.
In view of the above, you are hereby required to pay suitable compensation for the loss of precious Time incurred by me and the extreme physical inconvenience that I am being subjected to due to the very bad condition of the following stretches of roads that I use on every working day.
Road from Paparayudu Nagar via Vaddepalli Enclave compound wall, Saptagiri Colony to Vivekanandanagar Coloy in Kukatpally.
From Road No. 1 of KPHB Colony to RTA office in Kukatpally.
Cement Road from the main entrance of Rama Rao Nagar Colony via the domestic waste segregation yard in Kukatpally and its filthy state.
Road diverting the traffic just ahead of Cyber tower flyover towards Jubelee Hills is very badly damaged and it has been in the same condition since 30 months!!
The speed breakers on the roads cited above are actually spine breakers. I am being put to so much hardship on every working day when I use these roads.
There is an absence of civic sense in attending to the repair works that should have been completed long ago.
The road on which the RTA Office Kukatpally is located, is the symbol of lack of civic sense among RTA Officers even. Everyday they use the same road and yet this damaged road does not impact them!!
I had lodged several complaints on the website of GHMC and sent several emails and published articles in the Web Version of Hans India about the sheer lack of civic sense among the significant few in GHMC.
The loss of time I incurred is invaluable and the inconvenience I have been facing while driving my vehicle on these roads is unexplainable, since June, 2014. I want the GHMC to pay me suitable compensation for subjecting me to this loss of time and physical inconvenience and submit to me the action taken report on the staff accountable for this.
