Tetley Green Tea, together with Vivanta by Taj – Begumpet, crafted gastronomical delights with green tea for wellness enthusiasts of the city on Friday. Chef Arjun Yadav whipped up some refreshing tea dishes, right from the entrées to the main course.

The menu also included green tea flavoured mud cake with white chocolate ganache and green tea cheese cake with raspberry coulis and fresh fruits.

Chef Arjun Yadav whipped up some refreshing tea dishes, right from the entrées to the main course. The delectable association transformed the use of green tea into developing some fine gourmet dishes that can be made easily at home.

Chef Arjun Yadav presented lemon, aloe vera and honey green tea detox drink; green tea vegetable shammi; citrus and spice green tea poached chicken breast; steamed broccoli and snow peas with malai chai sauce using green tea variants.

The menu also included green tea flavoured mud cake with white chocolate ganache and green tea cheese cake with raspberry coulis and fresh fruits. The chef said that these dishes and more can be created quickly and can be savoured with family and friends.
