Some may agree or some may not, delicious food and candle-light dinners are all the rave on V-Day. Chef Steffan Dawson, executive chef of The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, says, “Valentine’s Day is a day to celebrate love and companionship with that special someone. We will experiment with a whole lot of new ingredients we will stick to the basics.
