TDP turning jittery: YSR Cong

Hyderabad: Mocking at TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu’s offer to appoint two deputy CMs from BC and Kapu communities, YSR Congress party on Monday said that it clearly indicates how jittery the yellow party was.

Addressing the press here, the party spokesperson Vasireddy Padma said .

Naidu’s gimmick of using the deputy CM card for votes and seats would not curry favour with the Kapus and BCs who are solidly backing YSR Congress party.

She said if TDP was sincere and really cared for BCs it would have given proper representation to BCs and Kapus while selecting the party candidates.

Padma also said Naidu had offered CM post to BCs in Telangana where TDP was going to be defeated and deputy CM posts for BCs and Kapus in Seemandhra where his party’s count will not reach even a double digit.

Taking umbrage of remarks by TDP-backed BC leaders that YSR party President Jaganmohan Reddy has no administrative experience, she retorted saying that leaders like Jayalalithaa, Naveen Patnaik and NTR also had no experience before they became CMs. Even BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Modi also had no experience before becoming the CM, she added.
