New Delhi: CM Ramesh, a senior Telugu Desam Party leader and the Party’s Vice President, approached the Central Election Commission on Friday and made a complaint against the YSR Congress Party for their alleged participation in the attacks over the TDP leaders.

Later, he addressed the media and said that on Wednesday the YSR Congress Party leaders have created an affray at Jammalamadugu and Maidukur constituencies and paved a way for one-sided polling favouring for YSRCP.

The police have not taken any action against the YSRCP leaders, even if the IPS officers were also attacked during the brawls, added CM Ramesh. Further, he said that the YSR Congress Party leaders behaved like the street fighters, while informing that he made a complaint to the Election Commission. He also said that he brought into the notice of the EC about attacks over ASP and SPs. He said that EC has responded favourably to their complaint.
