The Brand Trust Report, India Study, 2014, announced Inorbit Malls as India’s most trusted mall. Over a decade in the retail business, Inorbit Malls has significantly expanded its base with six malls across major cities in India.
Primarily known for the international standard of the malls and high-end facilities and great brands in its premises, Inorbit Malls has been the favourite spot for the masses to spend their leisure time shopping, eating, meeting friends and family get-togethers. The Brand Trust Report-2014, the fourth in the series, is the result of a primary research based on the proprietary 61-component trust matrix. This year’s research was conducted among 2,500 consumer-influencers across 16 cities and generated nearly 5 million data points and 20,000 brands, making it the most intensive study on brand trust across the globe. Sachin Bhosle, research head, Trust Research Advisory, publishers of The Brand Trust, said, “Mall culture in today’s scenario has become a part of almost every urban Indian’s routine. The impressive outward appearance of such places elevates the trust of such brands. The ambience set up in a mall is probably the reason for this category seeing such a growth in the report this year. Brands such as Inorbit have seen almost 100 rank rises.”
