A photography contest on Man’s Best Friend. ‘Hyderabad Paws’, city’s first animal magazine is conducting a photography contest until May 12, with the theme ‘Man’s Best Friend’.
‘Hyderabad Paws’, city’s first animal magazine is conducting a photography contest until May 12, with the theme ‘Man’s Best Friend’. Some 12 best photographs will get featured in the magazine, while 50 best photographs will be exhibited at Muse Art Gallery, Marriot.
The categories for the entry into the contest are (1) People, (2) Dogs (3) Any animals, other than wild animals.
The photographs will be judged by Arvind Chenji, professional photographer for several reputed advertising agencies, celebrities, fashion designers, industrial houses, architects and individual clients; Ramakanth of RBC Worldwide and Kali Sudheer, curator of the Muse art gallery. The contest is open only to photographers, photography enthusiasts or photography students. To enter the contest, the individuals should collect entry form at V G Chimalgi camera store at Road No 36, Banjara Hills, or at the RP Road outlet and submit their photographs in a CD along with the entry form. The entry form would also include all the rules of the competition.
The contest would consist of two rounds; in the first round 50 photographs would be selected on the basis of creativity, quality and authenticity of the photograph. In the second round, the select 50 photographs would be displayed at the Art Gallery from which a winner would be selected. The winner would be presented with a Canon 1200D camera.
