The festival also has on offer a variety of Telangana delicacies at Encounters, the all-day dining restaurant.

The festival also has on offer a variety of Telangana delicacies at Encounters, the all-day dining restaurant.


Executive Chef Nitin Mathur and his team of chefs have crafted a special menu that features an array of traditional dishes such as Puntikura Mamsam (Tender lamb cooked in sorrel leaves gravy), Ulliparakala Chapala Kura (Murral fish cooked with spring onions), Natu Kodi Pulusu (Country Chicken cooked with onions & tempered with coriander), Beerakaya Tamata (Ridge gourd cooked with tomatoes tempered with mustard seeds), Gokar Kaya Kura (Cluster beans curry tempered with local spices), Chamagada Pulusu (Colcocasia cooked in thin tomato gravy), Baghara Venkaya (Stuffed baby eggplant in rich gravy), Bachali Kura Pappu ( Yellow Lentils cooked with Morning Glory), Palakura Pappu ( Yellow Lentiles cooked with Spinach), Jona Roti (Flattened bread made of Jowar Millet), Sajja Roti (Flattened bread made of Pearl Millet) to name a few.


The festival is open for lunch and dinner between 12.30 pm and 3.00 pm and 7.30 pm and 11.30 pm till Monday.
