In order to clear waitlisted passengers and to cater to the rush of passengers, South Central Railway decided to temporarily augment trains with additional AC III Tier / AC Chair Car / Sleeper Class/ Second Class Chair Car coaches in July.

Several trains including 17256 Hyderabad-Narsapur (Daily) Express, 17230 Hyderabad – Trivandrum Sabari Express, 17016 Secunderabad-Bhubaneshwar Visakha (Daily) Express, 17250 Secunderabad-Machilipatnam (Daily) Express, 17007 Secunderabad-Darbanga (Bi-weekly) Express, 17002 Secunderabad-Sainagar Shirdi Express, 12770 Secunderabad-Tirupati Seven Hills (Bi-weekly) Express are augmented with coaches and as a result 18,432 additional berths/seats are added, informed a Railway press release.
