Bombay Sandwich

Bombay Sandwich. Boiled the potatoes and beet root in salted water so that potatoes and beets should not be blend.
INGREDIENTS
• 60 g boiled potatoes
• 40 g tomato slice
• 40 g beet root
• 40 g cucumber
• 40g Chopped coriander
• Green chilly
• 10 g chopped mint
• 5 ml lemon juice
• Ginger and garlic
• 5 g salt
• 8 pieces of slice s/w bread
• 2 g chaat masala
• 10 g butter

METHOD
- Boiled the potatoes and beet root in salted water so that potatoes and beets should not be blend.
- After boiling cool it down and slice them to thin slices.
- Slice the tomatoes and cucumber.
- Washed the mint, coriander nicely in water to avoid any sand in them, wash the ginger, garlic, and green chilly put them all in grinder and make the fine paste.
- Now take the slice bread and sprinkle little Chaat masala on the bread, apply the butter and mint sauce on both the ends.
- Now arrange the potatoes nicely on one slice of bread, followed by cucumber tomatoes and beetroots.
- Cover the other part of bread and apply little butter before grilling it on the hot griller.
- Serve hot with mint sauce and tomato sauce.
