INGREDIENTS
• 100 Gms chicken breast
• 4 g salt
• 2 g yellow chilly powder
• 1 g black pepper crushed
• 15 g celery juliennes
• 25 g slice onions
• 120 g wheat flour
• 15 g mayonnaise
• 5 ml oil
METHOD
- Marinate the chicken breast with oil, salt (half the amount) and pepper.
- Grill the chicken breast on the hot grill till it is done.
- Mix the wheat flour and the remaining salt and water and make soft dough.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts, and make medium size chapattis and cook them on the hot griddle.
- Cut the cooked chicken in juliennes, celery juliennes, add yellow chilly powder, slice onion, salt and mix it with the mayonnaise.
- Put this mixture in the center of chapattis and make a roll out of it.
- And heat it on tawa applying little butter.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
