After felicitating the winners and other top performers, former Chief Secretary, Gopala Krishna lauded the efforts of the Foundation founder, K Sai Baba. He said that it was a matter of immense delight that the work being rendered by the Foundation, particularly for children from the under-privileged sections, has been recognised beyond the state.
Two big honours that have come for SCF have been this year’s recognition by Rockefeller Foundation and when the ‘Best Sports NGO in the Country’ award was given away by Pranab Mukherjee on the National Sports Day.
