Dad inspires us: Chay and Akhil

Commemorating Nagarjuna’s song “Kotha Kotha Baasha” in ‘Nirmala Convent’, a private stamp was unveiled on his birthday in Hyderabad on Monday by his sons Naga Chaitanya and Akhil. Speaking later, Naga Chaitanya said that his dad has set trends with films like ‘Shiva’ and ‘Geetanjali’ in the past and is repeating it again with latest efforts like ‘Manam’ and ‘Oopiri’.

“He is doing films that we should be doing. He is an inspiration,” he noted. Akhil too echoed a similar view. The stamp features a portrait of Nag as a singer alongside the mystic Taj Mahal.
