The Para Olympic Association on Tuesday felicitated its 19-member Indian contingent that is taking part in the Para Olympics at Rio on Wednesday.
At a meeting held in the city, the association resolved to send a contingent from Telangana to the soon-to-be-held Asian Para games. The State is fielding a team in the National Para Volleyball championships to be held at Mysuru.
Association President Srinivasa Rao, General Secretary Naresh Yadav and others discussed various aspects related to the association.
