As part of the ‘Employee Celebration Week’, Mercure Hyderabad KCP rewarded its employees’s efforts in delighting guests, delivering high standards of service and contributing to the company’s success.

As part of the ‘Employee Celebration Week’, Mercure Hyderabad KCP rewarded its employees’s efforts in delighting guests, delivering high standards of service and contributing to the company’s success.

The weeklong celebrations witnessed an array of events to promote the hotel team’s bonding and appreciating the hard work that they put in during the year.

The theme was “Perfect 10” to commemorate the Group’s completion of ten years in India. The Engineering and Security Team organised a skit titled “Sardar Gabbar Singh ka Adda” with a punch line “Ab Gabbar ka PWD chalega (Power waala Danda)”.

Team Front Office & House Keeping were not behind and conducted Arabic themed activities on the next day. The third day’s event was “Chak de patte”, a Punjabi affair which was full of life and colours conducted by Sales & Marketing, Admin, GM office & finance. The celebration culminated with F&B team paying homage to nature by conducting activities throughout on the theme “Prakruti”.

The much awaited Mercure Star Night was the highlight of the celebration; a gala dinner was organised. The ‘Mister and Miss Mercure’ pageant had participants dressed in their best attires and showcase their talents.

Karan Kumar Moudge, Duty Manager - Front Office, was awarded ‘Mr. Mercure’ and Manali Banerjee, Assistant Manager – Marketing, was adjudged as ‘Miss Mercure’ at the event.

Expressing his delight around the celebrations, Dinesh Rai, General Manager, Mercure Hyderabad KCP, said, “I am amazed by the overwhelming response from the team.

This event is our way to show gratitude towards our most valuable assets - our team. We are constantly looking for activities to bring our employees together and create a synergy within the team."
