Participating in a seminar on ‘Today’s Youth-Dr Ambedkar’s ideals’ on the occasion of the 60th death anniversary of Dr Ambedkar held under the aegis of the Women’s Rights Forum at Khaleelwada in the town on Tuesday, he described Dr Ambedkar as an extraordinary scholar and the architect of the Indian Constitution who played a stellar role in the Constituent Assembly.
