Eatala flags off 4-K Run
Commissioner of Police V V Kamalasan Reddy said the 4-K Run was organised to avoid and prevent communal strife and to promote unity among the people. Already, the Peace Committee had taken several initiatives and ‘seva’ programmes, he said, adding that it would conduct more such programmes in future.The Commissioner praised people for joining the efforts of the police in ensuring peace and harmony
Karimnagar: Finance Minister Eatala Rajender asserted that the country would prosper only when law and order prevail. Speaking after flagging off 4-K Run here on Sunday organised by Police department, the Minister stated that prevalence of peace would lead to establishment of industries in the district resulting in its development. He released pigeons marking the inauguration of the run.
Speaking to The Hans India, Rajender praised police for striving to maintain peace and communal harmony, while calling upon the people to join such efforts.
