Nizamabad: Nizamabad (urban) Congress Party in-charge Mahesh Kumar Goud said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao should stop conducting bogus surveys and instead start fulfilling the promises that he made during the 2014 elections.

Speaking to the media here on Monday, he lashed out at KCR for behaving a like a dictator throwing democratic norms and conventions to the winds.

Coming down heavily on KCR, he said that the State government was following anti-people’s policies which were detrimental to the interests of the poor. If necessary, all the opposition parties in the State would come together in the 2019 general elections to dislodge the TRS government which was autocratic.

He said that the congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi would pay a visit to the State on June 1 to study the party situation and party workers from al the divisions would be attending the meeting with him.
