With the untiring efforts of Allama Ajaz Farukh and Zahid Ali Khan, a classic book on cookery containing recipes from the royal kitchen of Nawab Mir Mahboob Ali Khan and other kings is under print. It contains the cooking methods of various kababs, biryanis, fish and chicken.

This book is being published on an imported paper obtained from Germany. The cooking methods are explained both in Urdu and English. It contains 200 pages. It also has beautiful pictures showing various dishes. Unique photographs of the dinners hosted during Asafia Dynasty period. This book “Matbakh-e-Asafia” is also being published in limited number.
