Hyderabad: Founder Chairman of Devnar Foundation for the Blind, Dr A Saibaba Goud, said that the visually challenged students of their school excelled in the SSC examinations for the year 2015. In a press release here on Tuesday, he said that 32 students appeared for the examination this year and among them, three students got 9.3 Grade Point Average, 11 students got 9.0 GPA, and 18 students got 8.3 GPA.


Dr Saibaba Goud congratulated the students for their excellent performance. Devnar Foundation, an NGO runs the school for the blind, he said. Dr Goud said that the school was in no way inferior to the corporate schools in imparting quality education, besides, providing free food, education, accommodation and uniform to all the children.
