South Central Railway GM stresses on timely completion of projects

Vinod Kumar Yadav, General Manager, South Central Railway reviewed the progress of all ongoing newline, doubling, electrification projects over the zone at a high level meeting attended by Principal Heads of Departments, Divisional Railway Manager’s of Secunderabad & Hyderabad Division and Regional heads of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) & RITES at Rail Nilayam in Secunderabad on Wednesday.

The GM stressed upon the need to complete the targeted works as per schedule. He undertook a detailed review of works being undertaken by RITES organization. P Srinivas, Chief Project Manager, RVNL briefed on MMTS Phase-II works, Secunderabad-Mahbubnagar doubling, Guntur-Tenali doubling with Electrification, Vijayawada-Bhimavaram doubling with Electrification, Vijayawada-Gudur third line, Guntakal-Kalluru Electrification, Wadi – Raichur – Guntakal Electrification, Kazipet workshop and Rail Bogie Karkhana at Yadgir.
