Even as the Traffic Police is moving heaven and earth in ensuring smooth flow of vehicles on city roads, it seems like officials of other civic bodies have no regard for traffic rules. A civic body worker is seen pushing his two-wheeler through a gap between the divider over to the other side of the street, even as vehicles are packed on it, in Secunderabad on Wednesday.
