Hyderabad: The biggest food truck festival in South India held at Elite Cricket Academy Ground on Sunday with a good response. People are craving for the food at the tech hub of Madhapur. Also, they have now developed as most conspicuous by their presence in the city. The festival had an amazing food trucks serving out the best in different cuisines, live music. The event also had different product and art stalls set up to let the shop to hearts.

Food trucks have become a rage across cities in India and have transformed the food culture in the country. Dosas, fish fries, shawarmas, sizzling pizzas, Haleem and a lot more were on offer at the food trucks. It is a new trend which not many people have experienced in Hyderabad so far. It is one of those experiences that very few Hyderabad-wallas have taken a bite off.

Vinod Krishna, team member of the food truck, speaking to The Hans India said, “we as a company improving the culture of food truck in India as food truck industry and is going in good numbers and we want to take that forward on a very big note in the coming years. We are trying to create a change in community by using food truck as a service element.

Also, it is the biggest truck festival in south India. We have culmination of 18 trucks in south India. And this food truck in city was in association with Jxtapose.” Priya by tasting the food said, “The food here is delicious enough and moreover it seems really different and cool when you try eating food at the food trucks.”

Food fan Samith said, "I strongly believe that food trucks are here to stay and will definitely gain popularity going forward and not only the taste but also, it makes the person to experience something new as it is still in a trend especially for Hyderabad people”.
