MLA Madhavaram launches road works

Kukatpally: The roads of Kukatpally in Moosapet, Allapur and Vasanth Nagar have been in a bad shape for the last 2 years. The good part is that MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao has turned up to address this problem which people have been facing.

Shravan Reddy, a MBA second year student and a local resident told The Hans India, “Last month while going to college on my bike I fell down twice. The roads are in such a bad condition that any driving here can lose control over their vehicle”, Ramakrishna, a local fruit vendor said, “It has become a nightmare to be on the roads even during morning.

With complaints galore, Madhavaram took the initiative to construct and repair roads in Kukatpally constituency. Madhavaram said that everyone here in Kukatpally was tired of giving complaints to GHMC.
Finally, a decision was taken to resolve the issue. Funds to the tune of Rs 1.98 crore have been released for laying of roads from Vasanth Nagar to Gokul Plots cricle, ward no 114, circle no 23 Moosapet and Vivekanad Nagar statue, Allapur main road in ward no 116 road construction was in progress and soon here in Kukatpally people would sigh a relief, MLA added.
