Osmania University: The long cherished dream of assistant professors working on contract basis became reality, after the OU Registrar Proffessor Ch Gopal Reddy released order copy of pay hike with Vice-Chancellor’s consent on Sunday.
The contract assistant professors met the Registrar and Vice-Chancellor separately and presented bouquets to them as a token of gratitude.
OU Contract Assistant Professors Association President Dr D Dharmateja, UTA(C)-TS president Dr A Parasuram, Telangana Teachers Association(contract) President Dr Velpula Kumar, general secretary Dr Ch Venkateswarlu were present.
