Corporator asks official to expedite MB works

Madhapur: Local Corporator and the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Standing Committee member V Jagdishwar Goud held discussions on development works with Zonal Commissioner Harichandana, at Prajavani programme here on Monday.

Goud complained the official about the delay in the Janapriya nala work in Hafizpet division. He pointed out that the residents would face severe inconvenience if the work was not completed before the monsoon.

During the ‘Prajavani’ programme conducted by HMWSSB General Manager Rajasekhar, the corporator called for steps to Speed up the Mission Bhagiratha works in Madhapur/Hafizpet division. He reviewed the MB works in Gangaram, Subashnagar, Youth Colony, Sainagar, Madinaguda, Adityanagar, Bikshapathinagar, Madhavanagar with the board officials and expressed confidence that the TRS government’s promise of providing tap water under the MB scheme would be completed with their cooperation.
