Cordon & search operations held at Gauram

Gauraram (Gajwel): As many as 63 motorcycles, 8 autos, one car and a tractor were impounded during a cordon and search operation conducted at Gauraram village of Wargal mandal by Husnabad ACP and Gajwel in charge Mahendar in the morning hours of Friday. Apart from seizing vehicles without proper documents, three persons with criminal record Borga Rajaiah, Borga Srininvas and Shekhar were interrogated.

The ACP said every motorist should carry proper documents along with their vehicles and avoid drunk and driving which is serious violation of traffic rules causing road accidents leading to loss of precious lives. The cordon and search operation is intended to make sure of sense of security and the protection of the public from the anti social and illegal activities to transform the villages crime free. The owners can get back their vehicles by providing proper documents, said the officer.

ACP Mahendar stated that so far police department in the district didn’t get any evidences or believable information of child kidnappers. The police officer said not to get panic by those fake news by some persons who were already under the scanner of police IT department to nab and take criminal actions against them. Gajwel Rural CI Shivalingam, I-town CI Prasad, Thoguta CI NIranjan and Gajwel Traffic CI Narasimha Rao and 100 police personnel participated in the operation.
