He inaugurated the works of Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumin (CRMB) road at Puranapul which would be carried out at the cost of Rs 8 crore. This road is being constructed from Puranapul to Shahali Banda passing through City College Junction, Musabowli. This would ease the traffic movement in this crucial part of Old City.

This road would be constructed by taking all the necessary scientific methods and it would be 3,070 meters long. Deputy CM Mohammed Mahmood Ali, Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, Mayor B Rammohan, GHMC Commissioner B Janardhan Reddy and others were present on this occasion.

Later, the minister laid foundation for the flyover at Bahadurpura which was being constructed under SRDP with a cost of Rs 69 crore. The 682-meter long and six-lane flyover was expected to ease the traffic movement from Puranapul to Zoo Park in the coming days.
