MP Asaduddin Owaisi conducts padayatra in Santoshnagar
Hyderabad MP and MIM party chief Asaduddin Owaisi along with local MLA and corporators undertook a padayatra in several areas of Santoshnagar division on Wednesday.
Santoshnagar: Hyderabad MP and MIM party chief Asaduddin Owaisi along with local MLA and corporators undertook a padayatra in several areas of Santoshnagar division on Wednesday.
During the padayatra which began at around 8 am he visited localities and enquired about the developmental works and their status in the area. He asked the local MLA Mumtaz Ahmed Khan (Yakutpura Constituency), Santoshnagar corporator Md Muzaffar Hussain, Talab Chanchalam corporator Nasreen Sultana and Kurmaguda corporator Sameena Begum, Rein Bazar corporator Mir Wajid Ali Khan to complete the pending works, if any in the area.
Later, speaking to media persons, Ahmed said that the MIM Chief would take up padayatras regularly from now on, with the intention of solving the problems of denizens. He informed that most of the developmental activities which were planned during the last few years were complete and if there were any pending works they would be completed shortly.
He asked the residents to approach the corporators if they were facing any problems in the locality. The MLA later informed that the MIM party chief will be attending the public meeting scheduled to be held on Friday.
