Government made budgetary allocation for welfare schools
A high profile team led by Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Public Enterprises, Renuka Chidambaram visited and toured across social welfare residential schools and hostels in the city on Tuesday
Hyderabad: A high profile team led by Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Public Enterprises, Renuka Chidambaram visited and toured across social welfare residential schools and hostels in the city on Tuesday.
Renuka said, “Government has made budgetary allocations for welfare, residential and educational institutions.”
Team members appreciated Telangana state government for initiating Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) and other student empowerment programmes.
The tour was followed by discussions with Advisor to Government of Telangana, Ram Laxman, TSWREIS Secretary Dr RS Praveen Kumar and Karunkar, Director, SCDD (Scheduled Caste Development Department) on various programmes being implemented by the State government.
