Hyderabad: Social activist Anna Hazare will inaugurate a statue of Mahatma Gandhi at the government school at Sahed Nagar here on Saturday. The inauguration will take place under the aegis of the Cherukuri Group.
According to Cherukuri Group Managing Director Rama Rao, the event will be followed by a public meeting at the NGOs’ Colony in Vanasthalipuram.
He said the Cherukuri Group was involved in social activities aimed at creating better living in residential colonies as part of its corporate social responsibility.
