Hyderabad: The Department of Civil Engineering, GITAM School of Technology (GST), will organise a two-day national conference on “Recent Trends in Civil Engineering” at its Hyderabad Campus on February 20-21, Prof. N Siva Prasad, Director, GST, informed through a communiqué. The conference will focus on the information exchange on the recent developments taking place in infrastructure field to stimulate further in-depth study in this field.
It will cover both basic research and practical applications of advanced construction techniques for sustainable energy effective buildings. Participants can submit an abstract (300 words) for consideration by December 20. The last date for submission of full text is January 20.
