Hyderabad: Telangana TDP leaders called on TPCC president Ponnala Lakshmaiah at the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences here on Sunday.
Led by Telangana TDP president L Ramana, the TDP leaders met Ponnala and wished him speedy recovery.
It may be mentioned that Ponnala was injured on Saturday during the Congress party's padayatra against the proposed shifting of Secretariat and Chest Hospital.
Speaking to media persons later, Ramana alleged that the TRS Government was trying to terrorise the opposition parties by using police force.
He condemned the use of force against the TPCC chief which caused him severe injury.
He demanded that the State Government withdraw its decision to shift the Chest Hospital from Erragada to Vikarabad and also Secretariat to Erragadda.
