30 complaints at Meet UR MD
Thirty complaints dealing with long pending billing issues were received at the Meet UR MD programme held at the Water Board Office, Khairatabad, on Saturday. Twelve complaints relating to inadequate water supply, low pressure, billing, etc, from areas like KBHB Colony, Langer House, Dilsukhnagar, Mehedipatnam, Musheerabad, Gowlipura, etc,
Thirty complaints dealing with long pending billing issues were received at the Meet UR MD programme held at the Water Board Office, Khairatabad, on Saturday. Twelve complaints relating to inadequate water supply, low pressure, billing, etc, from areas like KBHB Colony, Langer House, Dilsukhnagar, Mehedipatnam, Musheerabad, Gowlipura, etc, were received at Dial Ur MD programme. Water Board Executive Director M Satyanarayana, who chaired the programmes, assured to redress the complaints and instructed the concerned general managers to attend the same immediately and send Action Taken Reports (ATR) to the head office. S Prabhakar Sharma, director (technical); Dr PS Suryanarayana, Director (revenue); G Rameshwar Rao, director (operations) and others were present at the programmes.
