Suryapet: District Collector Surendra Mohan informed that district administration would like to start digital classes in 94 government schools very soon. On Thursday, he visited the Zilla Parishad High School of Barkathgudem in Munagal mandal and review the arrangements.

Later speaking to teachers and staff, the Collector said as part of Phase-1 of digitalisation of government schools in the State, 94 schools in the district were going to benefit from November 16.

He advised teachers to give importance to sports on par with studies to develop confidence and physical fitness in students. He inspected the school premises and suggested staff to plant saplings to raise the greenery. He also suggested the headmaster concerned to put efforts to get cent per cent results.

During his inspection, he interacted with students. Responding to recent complaints, he ordered a probe into the appointment of out sourcing staff at Munagala Model School and ordered officials to submit a report within three days. DEO Venkata Narasamma ccompanied the Collector during his visit.
