Bhongir: The Executive Officer of Yadadri Sri Lakshminarsimha Swamy temple Geetha on Thursday informed that banned currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 would not be accepted at the counters of the temple from Friday.

She said banned notes would not be accepted at the counters of Seva tickets and Prasadam. She appealed to the devotees to cooperate with the staff in view of the decision.
