Khammam: The representatives of Telangana Progressive Teachers Federation (TPTF) held a rally from TPTF district office covering all the government schools in the city on Thursday. They urged teachers to make the first conference of TPTF a grand success.
TPTF state general secretary V Manohar Raju inaugurated the rally.Speaking on the occasion, Manohar Raju said the first conference of TPTF is being held here from December 10 to 11.
The meeting would discuss on transforming the Government Zilla Parishad Schools into welfare schools along with other issues concerned with teachers and to protect the government education sector.
He urged all the teachers present in the district to attend the conference to make it a grand success and get aware of the methods adopted by the government in solving their problems.
TPTF district general secretary S Vijay, state leaders P Nagi Reddy, R Ravi Kumar, Rehman, PVRK Prasad, T Bhaskar and M Nagi Reddy were present along with others in the rally.
