Gadwal: Terming the comprehensive land survey programme initiated by the State government a great opportunity, Joint Collector of Jogulamba Gadwal Dr S Sangeetha asked the people to utilise this opportunity to resolve all their land disputes.

“The comprehensive land survey is going on in full swing in the district. The programme will survey the land records in all villages of 12 mandals and will be completed by December end.

In view of this, the people in the villages must participate and cooperate with the survey officials and help resolve the issues. In fact, this is a great opportunity for the public to get their long-pending land disputes resolved within their own villages,” said the Joint Collector.

Meanwhile, the district administration has drafted a clear timeline to complete the entire land survey programme in a targeted manner. According to district officials, as part of the survey, two teams have been formed.

Where one will look after the villages, the other team will complete the survey in urban areas. By November 11, the survey programme will be launched in all the villages and will be completed by December end.
