Pregnant woman into her labour unattended for 3 hours

Shadnagar: The indifferent attitude of the hospital staff coupled with pathetic conditions prevailing at the Shadnagar government hospital are putting patients to innumerable hardships.

The indifferent attitude of the hospital staff came to the light on Tuesday when a poor tribal pregnant woman, who was into her labour, was left unattended for more than three hours. The hospital staff responded only after Shadnagar MLA Anjaiah Yadav’s intervention.

Meanwhile, the hospital staff claimed the pregnant women was referred to Hyderabad as her condition was very serious and were waiting for the arrival of ambulance for shifting her to Hyderabad.
