Man’s severed head found in Nalgonda
A severed head found at Jenda centre in Bottuguda area in Nalgonda town in the early hours of Monday had petrified the locals.
Nalgonda: A severed head found at Jenda centre in Bottuguda area in Nalgonda town in the early hours of Monday had petrified the locals.
The police were alerted immediately, who rushed to the spot and shifted the head to government hospital after completing the formalities. The police identified the man as Palakuri Ramesh (25) and a native of Kangal mandal in the district.
Sniffer dogs were pressed into service, which traced the torso in a colony near Miryalaguda road. The police recovered the body and shifted to government hospital for postmortem.
Nalgonda DSP Sudhakar said that Ramesh was a tractor driver and there were clashes in his family over a suspected illegal affair, for the last few months.
The parents of the deceased gave a complaint to the police, suspecting their daughter-in-law’s hand behind the murder. Nalgonda Two town police registered a case and investigation is on.
