Officials told to address people’s issues on priority
District Collector DS Lokesh Kumar directed the officials to give priority to the grievances received from people besides taking steps to solve them.
Khammam: District Collector DS Lokesh Kumar directed the officials to give priority to the grievances received from people besides taking steps to solve them.
During the Grievance Day programme held Zilla Parishad Conference Hall in Khammam on Monday, the Collector received pleas from people. Later addressing the officials, Lokesh Kumar directed them to solve the problems on priority basis without causing any delay. On the day, many people from all corners of the district attended the programme and submitted their applications to District Collector, Joint Collector and DRO.
The grievances that were received included pensions, seeking loans from BC and SC corporations, issues related to Irrigation, Education and Panchayat Raj departments. Joint Collector T Vinay Krishna Reddy, District Revenue Officer J Shiva Srinivasulu, Trainee Collector Hanumanthu Kodimba, Rural Development Officer Purna Chandra, BC Welfare officer Hrushkesh Reddy, SC Corporation ED Chairman Satyanarayana and Social Welfare Officer K Satyanarayana were present along with others.
