Khammam Grievance Day: Collector calls for speedy redressal
Collector DS Lokesh Kumar ordered the officials of departments concerned to take immediate steps for addressing the issues of people who submitted their pleas during Grievance Day here on Monday.
Khammam: Collector DS Lokesh Kumar ordered the officials of departments concerned to take immediate steps for addressing the issues of people who submitted their pleas during Grievance Day here on Monday.
The Collector took part in the Grievance Day programme held at Zilla Parishad Conference Hall in Khammam on Monday and received grievances from people.
Speaking on the occasion, the District Collector ordered the officials to address the grievances received from people without further delay.
The Collector also ordered the officials to see it that the people who handed over their pleas should not approach the officials for the second time with the same grievances. He said the officials of departments concerned with the cooperation from other departments must address people’s issues and build confidence among people about the government.
Trainee Collector Hanmanthu Kodimba, District Revenue Officer J Shiva Srinivasulu, Revenue Division Officer Purnachandra, District Panchayat Officer Srinivas Reddy, BC Welfare Officer Hrushikesh Reddy, Deputy Director of Social Welfare Department Satyanarayana, Executive Director of SC Corporation Satyanarayana, District Tourism Officer Suman Chakravarthi, Additional Director of Horticulture Department Srinivas Rao were present along with others.
