Career guidance for Eamcet qualified

Vijayawada: Usha Rama Engineering College has conducted career guidance for EAMCET qualified students here in the city on Sunday. Chairman of Usha Rama Engineering College Sunkara Rama Brahmam said that youth must concentrate on future and strive hard to achieve success. He called upon the students to select right course which he or she is interested. He suggested to the parents not to force their children in selection of courses. Usha Rama College of Engineering and Technology was providing quality education with good infrastructure, he said. Global Director of SAP Dr I Suresh said that students should concentrate in achieving excellence in subject rather than mere passing out. SAP and programming are providing global employment opportunities, he said. Vizag Steel Plant Manager M Prakash said that there is misconception among the students that bright career is only possible with engineering and medicine. But the students of commerce and arts courses too are competing with science students in terms of employment and are achieving success, he said.
