'Grandhalaya Vani' released

Vijayawada: The State District Library Employees Union has launched official monthly magazine 'Grandhalaya Vani' on the occasion of golden jubilee celebrations of the Union here on Thursday at Tagore research library. AP Grandhalaya Samstha chairman Dr Turlapati Kutumba Rao launched the magazine. Speaking on the occasion, Kutumba Rao said that the magazine would cover all the achievements and events of the district libraries.He requested the government to pay salaries and pension to library employees under 010 Account. He reminded that the earlier governments had accepted to pay salaries under this bill.Library Employees Union president, K Madhusudan Rao, AP NGOే Association president A Vidya Sagar, Library Officer Jhansi Rani and others were present.
