Amaravati: TDP President and Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu accused that some political parties’ leaders were propagating tampered videos of TDP MPs informal interactions.

During a teleconference on ongoing Rajya Sabha member CM Ramesh indefinite hunger strike demanding Kadapa Steel Plant at Kadapa, on Friday, Chandrababu Naidu said that Ramesh has been doing the protest without caring about his health condition.

Pressure is mounting on the central government on the one hand and public support to the Ramesh is increasing on the other hand, he said.

After seeing the public support to TDP MPs agitations and protests, some of the opposition leaders were spreading malicious video footages to damage the protest, he explained.

He appealed the public not to believe such false videos. He said that they will reveal and establish the conspiracy behind the tampering of MP Murali Mohan’s discussion with his colleagues. He warned that he will take serious action against the accused persons, who involved in tampering the video.

Chandrababu Naidu said that public have hopes on the protests of TDP leaders and expecting that the central government will respond to it. He also hoped that the union government will come down and establish the Steel Plant by this protest.

Murali Mohan informed that he said that he could do one week hunger strike even at the age of 75, during the informal discussion with the MPs at AP Bhavan in New Delhi. But it was cut and pasted, he explained. Avanti Srinivas explained that the vested interested political party propagated wrong video footage on social media.

Chandrababu Naidu observed that the conspiracy politics of oppositions may increase in the future and suggested the party leaders be aware and alert on them. He said that they all must work for public interest only.
