While addressing the participants at the 158th Income Tax Day Celebrations in Hyderabad on Tuesday, he said that senior citizens might not be adept with the computer operations, hence the IT department should be providing some assistance.
With the July 31 deadline for filing I-T returns nearby, the Governor pointed out that people, even though intend to pay taxes, are ignorant of the procedures as the information on the website might not be easily comprehended by some.
