A 39-year-old private employee died in sleep after consuming alcohol here at Samatha Nagar. On Thursday morning, Raj Kumar's wife informed the Neredmet police after she found her husband lying unconscious.
The police shifted him to a hospital where the doctors declared he was dead after a medical examination. Based on the complaint lodged by the deceased wife, CI Narasimhaswamy registered a case. A case of suspicious death has been registered.
