Three persons died on the spot and three more suffered grievous injuries at a road mishap that occurred here at Orvakal on Thursday morning
Kurnool:Three persons died on the spot and three more suffered grievous injuries at a road mishap that occurred here at Orvakal on Thursday morning.
According to information, the six persons boarded in a car were accompanying their leader, Kotla Harshavardhan Reddy who is on his way to Kadapa to join YSR Congress party. When the car in which six persons were boarded was hit by a lorry from the rear end travelling in the same direction. The deceased were identified as Raghavendra (driver) of Panchalingala village, B Ramu, and Chinna Ramudu both residents of Nirmal Nagar in Kurnool. Linganna, Parasuram and Lakshmanna suffered serious injuries.
Orvakal police immediately plunged into action shifting the injured persons to Kurnool general hospital. The cops took up investigation after registering the case.
