Bangalore: The Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) is India’s second largest cooperative milk federation, that procures 74 lakh litres of milk daily from farmers and pays them Rs 18 crore.

KMF is set to supply Nandini ghee for the making of world-famous Tirupati laddoos. The quantity is around 14 lakh kg and is set to be sent over a period of six months.

"We’ve been supplying ghee to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) for making laddus for the past 20 years. KMF has bagged the contract again,” the federation said.
