After 19 long years, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali and superstar Salman Khan are reuniting for a love story, like never before seen.
Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh has also confirmed the news on Twitter and revealed that the film would be a love story. He wrote, “Sanjay Leela Bhansali & Salman Khan reunite after 19 year for a love story... The film is set to go on floors soon"
The untitled project script has been locked and Bhansali is currently working on the screenplay.
Salman Khan had worked with Bhansali for the first time in 1996 for Khamoshi, which didn’t work well at the box-office but the duo collaborated again for the epic romance drama Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam in 1999, which ruled the box-office for the longest.
It was during the shooting of the very same film that he fell in love with his co-star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Their on-screen chemistry was very well received by the audience and the film became a huge success.
The details of their third collaboration are still under wraps but the movie has been confirmed.
Meanwhile, Salman is currently busy shooting his upcoming film Bharat along with Katrina Kaif.
Salman Khan is also launching newcomers Pranutan and Zaheer Iqbal in Notebook, which is slated to hit screens on March 29.
